Played the rosemount course in June 2007 as part of a charity competition. very friendly club, nice clubhouse and great food. course was well kept, tree lined parkland and was a difficult challenge as it is fairly tight. only complaint would be that i cannot remember ANY of the holes as they are all very similar which can be a little boring. the lack of variety is the only complaint and if in the area its worth playing.

I live and work in blairgowrie and have played all 3 courses regularly. I can however never become a member of my local course as the membership list is closed and may never be opened again in my lifetime, which i find astounding!! The courses are all good, but somewhat inaccessable to the general public, the club do not actively encourage outside the membership people to play the courses, by charging over inflated prices to keep the general golfer off the courses, come on blairgowrie open up these perthshire gems, make it easier for guys like myself and others to discover the beauty of these fine parkland courses.

Played the Rosemount course in May 2004. Its very enjoyable, with each hole completely cut off from the others by the line of trees. The fairways are quite narrow, so if you can keep it straight low scores are possible. Was slightly disappointed the greens weren't faster. All the par 3s are particularly interesting and well though out.

The clubhouse is reopening in about two weeks, it looks very impressive and much better than the portacabins we had to make do with.

Six of us played on Sun 30/9/2001, Lansdown am and Rosemount pm. It rained for about 60% of the day but the weather hardly diminished our enjoyment. Because of the tree lined layout you felt as if you were the only golfers on the course (which we almost were!). Would love to return on a good day. Green fees of 85 quid were a bit steep (by about 25 pounds I would say) but the breakfast/lunch/evening meal package for a tenner was excellent value. If the club charged an all in price of 75 instead of 95 I'm sure more golfers would take up the offer to play - then again, maybe they do not need the extra custom. Worth playing to add a couple of excellent parkland tracks to your serious golfing cv.

The wee course is just the nine hole course in part of the rosemount complex, the major course is the rosemount (18 holes), and next to that is the lansdown (18 holes)
