We played Buchanan Castle on 29th August.

Just to reiterate previous comments, this club and courses just oozes quality.

The guy we spoke to in the pro-shop was very friendly and helpful as we wanted to alter our pre-arranged tee time and came across as if nothing was too much trouble for him to sort out. Excellent!

The course isn't long but is maintained to a very high standard. The greens are quite flat, but are smooth and true. The other elements of the course are also in great condition and despite my very average play, made for a memorable experience. I would definitely return when I'm back in this area again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone else too.

if any one can tell me where a better flat course is for £19 with 2-4-1 vouchers i would like to no please im a non member been going from govan every couple of weeks as the course is good condition and the members/ pro shop is always helpfull

Buchanan is a lovely course...with views to buchanan castle itself and conic hill and ben lomond...great location 30 minutes from glasgow...great food and welcome from members and staff...found out that there is only 1 junior girl member so they want more...loved my day..a bit of a challenge as you can hardly see any greens from the tees...but nice and flat

I visited the course on the first weekend in May '04. The condition of the course was very good. It is a very flat, easy course. Unfortunately it was quite unwelcoming.
