it was a pleasure to play buckpool, the greens were as fast as billiard tables but the whole experience was topped by the secretary thanking myself and my partner for playing the course. i can only say i have played many fine courses but this is the only time i have been thanked, i will be returning in 2002.

A fine test of golf with beautiful panoramic views of the moray firth. The clubhouse staff were very pleasant courteous and helpful.

This is surely one of our favourite courses in Scotland!!! Some extraordinary holes and always in good condition, even when we played there in november!!

Hope to return for a club match with my swedish members in the summer!!!

Dear folks at Buckpool Golf Course I am writing to you on behalf of my father who grew up in Buckie and has been enjoying reading about the town now. He lived there in the twenties and thirties until he left to join the air force. He told me that he played on the Buckpool Golf Course in probably 1933 when he was thirteen years old (he is now in his mid seventies). Sorry - I didn't ask him to rate it!
