Tigh na Sgiath Country House Hotel Dulnain Bridge PH26 3PA A magnificent former country house and shooting lodge retaining many original features, set in 2.5 acres of mature wooded grounds with are views of the Cairngorm Mountains and Cromdale Hills. Built in 1902 as a Victorian Hunting Lodge for the Lipton Tea Grocery family it was then sold to Major Lady Scott Hartley famous for their jam making and grocery supplies. Lady Scott, it is maintained, loved the house so much that she never left it and her ghost can be heard climbing the stairs from the cellar when the house is very still.
Nearby courses include Abernethy, Boat of Garten, Carrbridge, Craggan, Grantown-on-Spey and Nethybridge, all of which are of a very high standard.
