An excellent course with fantastic views and a very fair challenge. When we played the greens were immaculate and superior to every championship course Ive played. The pro was friendly helpful and welcoming as were the golfers on and off course. Some tricky undulations to deal with but a course Id happily play again and again.

Great course. Stunning views on Firth of Clyde and Cowal area. Hilly layout is best experienced from backtees. Adds bite to the course: several times you will need 220 yd straigth drives to carry cleverly placed ditches and creeks in the fairway (#7, #11).Hole #13 is a fine par 5 and the finishing hole is a long (464 yd) par 4. It takes the last drop of concentration you will have. Don't hit the cars parked just behind the 18th green...

Holes 1 and 3 require pacing as they are uphill all the way, Hole 4 over a ravine requires all the club you can use particularly on a windy day which occurs frequently on the top of this beautiful course. After the first few holes the course settles into less severe but equally entertaining challenges...incredible views of the Holy Loch and Dunoon.
