Duff House Royal Golf Club Player Reports
Robert Killey (England) 02/10/05
I tjink that Duff House Royal is one of the best courses in the whole of Scotland as i have played a lot of golf up there i would certainly reccomened this golfing pleasure to anyone. I think that the greens at Duff are probably are probably one of the toughest greens you will ever play on there quite a few Mckenzie greens. I also have to say that the facilities at Duff are excepttional with excellent facalities and very good catering.
I reccomened this course to any loving Golfer,
Robert Killey

Having played Duff House Golf Course in August 200 at the five day amatuer event, I was seriously impressed with the lay-out, condition and beauty of the course. From the two tiered greens on almost every hole to the challenging par 4 18th (I played that hole in practise and ended up throwing my ball off the tee), this truly is a top class course. Don't be put of by the Moray Firth crashing into the beach just a seven iron away from the first tee, because this course feels like an inland course. I was very much reminded of Augusta!

A long flat parkland course with large Greens which were designed by thre same person as Masters,Agusta National course. The Par four 7th at 470 yds is a match for any par 4 in the area and the finishing 5 holes are a great challenge to the lower handicaper to complete in Par. A tougher course than it looks and always in good condition.

One of the most enjoyable courses I have played. The holes and course layout are very challenging. The greens are large and well contoured. The fairways are well bunkered and level for a good lie leaving mistakes up to the golfer. Beautiful setting next to the river as it moves out to the sea.
