Hopeman Lodge Hopeman, Elgin IV30 5YA  About 7 miles North West of Elgin Golf Club
A large, three storey family owned house overlooking the Moray Firth situated in 8 acres of grounds that run down to the beach, adjacent to Hopeman Golf Club. We offer three completely refurbished self-catering, self-contained holiday apartments on the top floor of our house. Sleeping from 1-5 people, the apartments have high ceilings, original wooden floorboards and doors and large windows. Central heating, linen etc provided.
This is an ideal base for a holiday in Morayshire with Inverness and Aberdeen airports less than 2 hours away. Hopeman Golf Club is 350 yards away (our guests may use the facilities there) and there are 14 golf courses within an hour's drive.

Tigh na Sgiath Country House Hotel Dulnain Bridge PH26 3PA About 27 miles South West of Elgin Golf Club
A magnificent former country house and shooting lodge retaining many original features, set in 2.5 acres of mature wooded grounds with are views of the Cairngorm Mountains and Cromdale Hills. Built in 1902 as a Victorian Hunting Lodge for the Lipton Tea Grocery family it was then sold to Major Lady Scott Hartley famous for their jam making and grocery supplies. Lady Scott, it is maintained, loved the house so much that she never left it and her ghost can be heard climbing the stairs from the cellar when the house is very still.
Nearby courses include Abernethy, Boat of Garten, Carrbridge, Craggan, Grantown-on-Spey and Nethybridge, all of which are of a very high standard.
