We recently dropped in for a quick nine hole round. A friendly welcome and budget pricing (7,50 GBP for 9 holes and a trolley for free) eased the access. The course design on flat moorland seems quite simple, but the holes with their ball-munging heath lining aren't too easy. Two quite different sets of tees are provided at each hole, providing some 18 hole feeling for the second round. Between #2/11, the distance is 100+ yards, making it a Par 5+4 from the white tees.
#6 is a special challenge with the tee being sideways in the trees and the length of 547 yds.
And then, #8 is still to come...
The greens show that they are not too easy to maintain in the wet ground, but no major complaint.
A second round might allow a better result on this nice little course which a local guy described as "the toughest 9 hole course of the Highlands".

Wonderful course!! Now I know how golf was invented!! The sheep on the course and what they left behind get hard very fasİt. It must have been interesting to try to hit it somewhere!!
This course is surely worth playing for anyone!!
Also there are wonderful views from the course!!
