Location/Description:

Largs-Greenock-Glasgow (M8). Parkland links training bunkers. 6 hole practice facility and 8 bay driving range.

Suggested Usage of Areas
Area 1
Can be used to practice the 'short game'. There is a double green for putting and a large bunker for sand shots. Around the immediate fringes there are suitable areas for chipping and to the right of the green, longer pitching shots can be practiced.

Area 2
The driving bay will be used for driving and for fairway woods. Yardage markers will be positioned in front of the bays to determine distance.

Area 3
This area, on the right of the driving bay, will be used to practise the middle and short irons (5-9 iron). The area around the green as well as the green, is on target.

Area 4
This area, situated in the far corner of the course, will be used for long and middle irons (1-5), as well as fairway woods. There is adequate space available and the raised green in the corner beyond the three bunkers is the target.

Green Fees:

Operates on a members only basis, fees payable yearly on a pro rata basis. However, daily passes introduced, this year and one spot fines for unauthorised users.

Catering:

Cafeteria, dining room, accommodation and bar. Dress code smart but casual.
Course open all year round, weather and maintenance schedules permitting.

Visitors:

One and two day golf courses for groups and individuals available pre-booking required. Brochures available by contacting Reception. Professionals: David Scott, Kenny Docherty, Derek Watters.

Societies:

Non residential and residential group bookings can be made, however, groups must have a qualified Professional or someone of similar stature instructing group.
