A very traditional links track close to the three Gullane courses. Quirky clubhouse with possibly the worlds smallest bar (capacity no more than 8 people in what equates to a large broom cupboard- nicely timber panelled though with a hatch to the barman). first time i have paid a barman for a round but it was superb. very windy and very challenging, the back nine in particular having some memorable and brutal holes in the wind. highly recommended and as good a links as it gets for the east lothian area in my opinion. take care crossing the road though!! fast true greens and deep pot bunkers, but a very fair course that rewards the adventurous player prepared to take a chance and go for the difficult shot. recommended.
