Wonderfully Challening 9 Hole Course.
I played this course on Saturday with family members. I have played it many times over the years and it never disappoints.
9 Challenging holes which require accurate drives to avoid landing behind walls or gorse bushes.
Greens are in great condition as always - but word of warning - even after rain and even though they appear green they are lightning fast.
Some very tough pin positions on saturday.
Par 3's are by far the toughest holes for me.
De'il Ain (hole 4) is a great hole - 110 yards or so down hill but almost impossible to hold your ball on the green.
Holes 1,5,6 & 9 are really good holes.
Tidy, efficient, well run friendly golf club, with a couple of places for lunch just a short walk down the main road.
At £18 per day this is great value for money.
One of Scotland's best kept secrets... but it deserves to be known about.
Course record of 64 shows just how tough this course is.
