Muthill Village Hotel Muthill PH5 2AB  About 12 miles South East of St. Fillans Golf Club
Privately owned by Eoin and Elizabeth Haddow the hotel has six bedrooms and is situated at the gateway to the highlands yet only 1 hour from Glasgow or Edinburgh and only 30 minutes from the provincial cities of Stirling and Perth. The village of Muthill is a picturesque and charming little village along with its ancient tower and church it has some 90 listed buildings, its own golf course and a museum.
Fresh local produce is prepared by our award winning chef David Payne, in 'Willoughby's Restaurant, which is one of the most atmospheric restaurants to dine in, with its walk-round, open brazier fireplace, stone walls and oak floor boards. The 'Bothy Bar' boasts a log fire with a good selection of malts from around Scotland and four cask conditioned ales, we also have our own 'Tapsman's Yill' a beer specially brewed for the hotel by a local brewery. The Bothy is a true representation of a warm and cosy traditional 'Inn', we also appear in the 'Good Beer Guide'
