Played this course April 07. As a real novice i found it quite a challenging but enjoyable couse.
The third IS straight up and you need a few moments to catch your breath once youre up there. Its worth it for the view.
The sixth tee is a belter and very forgiving to the meanest slicer like myself.
Its now £15 and worth it.

Challenging 9 hole course set in tree lined valley. Hilly especially the 3rd hole 114 yards straight up!!!!!.Fairways are tight but rough is light and managable , no bunkers but water hazards abound. Signature hole is the 6th with panoramic views over the course.. drive from elevated tee to generous fairway then try and find the small green with a burn in front and out of bounds (and sheep) behind.Well worth the £10.00 per day green fees.. possible to play two rounds in a day.
