First course to play in Scotland. I really liked it. The back 9 is a little different, but that added to the charm of the course. Truly enjoyed it.

Ive just played this course for the second time and i really love it. i agree that there are a lot of blind holes and dog legs and the first time i played it, it was a little tricky but having remembered most of the holes this time it makes it a really challenging course. the club house is really nice as are the rest of the facilities and the people are most friendly and welcoming. im looking forward to playing it next time im in the area which shouldnt be too long off

Superb! Beautiful course in immaculate condition. Some really challanging holes, particlularly on the front nine, yet several birdie opportunities also. All the greens are superb.
My only criticism, if any, would be the amount of blind holes and doglegs. Someone visiting for the first time may struggle, as apart from the par three's you always seem to be hitting blind. I havent tried the driving range but the putting green was great, the chipping area looked good and the club house was comfortable with friendly staff.
I doubt you will find a better course for 20 quid and it certainly beat's similairly priced courses i've played and it doesnt get packed. We tee'd off at 8am and it was 10.30 before we saw another person, and this was on a Saturday!
All in all a fantastic course.

Dont bother with the driving range. Small booths make you think your going to hit the wall's. Mats that move under your feet as you swing and tee's that are the wrong height for any club.
