This must be one of the poorest golf courses in Scotland. It is really dire. On the day I played with a friend the course was frankly a mess. Clover covered all the fairways and the whole course seemed badly designed. I appreciate that they have limited space but a lot more could be done with the space that they have.

Just played the course yesterday along with a member of Burntisland and another from Canmore. Both visitors agreed that it's a superbly maintained course and is maturing well. Having just joined, this was my first round, and I wasn't disappointed. The course isn't going to feature on the European tour in the next six months, but it's good value for money and it's challenging enough for a beginner like myself and my two guests who are far more experienced golfers. Overall, a well laid out course using the land to the best advantage, with sufficiently technical sections on some holes to make you think about your game.

An uninteresting, badly planned, and on the day we went it was badly maintained, 9 holes. I also believe it is over-priced in comparison with other 9 hole pay and play courses in the area.
