Craibstone Golf Centre Player Reports

Super course - if you are on a day trip to Aberdeen and have the time to spare, get yourself along to this course, it's well worth it. The course is in excellent condition and the greens are absolutely superb. Only complaint about the greens is the same as everywhere else - players not repairing thier pitch marks.
The clubhouse is good aswell - real value for money.
I will be looking for more visits to Craibstone, given the chance.

Played this course for maybe the fifth time last weekend (mid May 2003). Course was in fantastic condition and greens were impeccable as always. Round going well despite stiff breeze until 7,9,7 going through 11,12,13. There's always next time.
Didn't spoil enjoyment however and for a beautiful Sunday mornng the course was quiet - indeed worryingly quiet for the owners - despite, as I say, the weather, the time of year and even, relatively speaking for a non member a very reasonable green fee. Why so quiet?
All power to Craibstone. If you're fed up of pounding links in galeforce wind this is truly a must-visit.
Strong test of golf due to variation in holes. Muchous enjoyous!
