Played B and C. Good overall combination. Not too tricky, but plenty of up and down. Buggy essential because of distance between holes. Bunkers a plenty. Practise area OK, but range limited to irons because motorway is in range.

I played here in a Sunday afternoon Swindle with the guys at executive golf on a beautiful April day.
Played A & B which i found to be very enjoyable, A is more open than B but both have some nice holes. The course is not particularly long which suits my game, there are plenty of holes where you can go for glory - driving par 4's or reaching par5's in 2, but there are plenty of hazards to punish you!
The club house is lovely although pricey.
My only complaint was the golf car park was full so was advised to park in the hotel one only to be charged! - only 6euris though.
I paid 65 euros through executive golf marbella which is reasonable for this part of Spain. A buggy was 40 euros.

Talk about carving a course out of nothing. Smallest footprint of land i can recall. Under foot conditions terrible, lending problems to approach and run shots. They just stop and plug. No indication of anyone working on the course as a return for your hard earned cash handed over at the start.

Ever regretted something ten minutes after starting it? Don't make my mistake - rent a buggy! With hardly any air movement in the hills at the back of the course, an oxygen bottle in your bag would beneficial. Some of the paths are more suitable for mountain goats than golfers. Accuracy essential.

Played here 25/04/00. Wet weather but did not detract from the golf. Played A and B which were both in excellent condition. Very tough test. You must be straight of the tee. Hire a buggy!!!! Very up and down and a buggy is a must, although you do have to stay on the cart track, no carts on fairways! Clubhouse is very, very nice.
Get a decent map to the course if you are not staying nearby. Not very well signposted.
Greens were the best I have ever encountered, and the fastest.

We played B and C in 1998. B was excellent although, as with most courses in this region, very hilly. C on the other hand, was a disgrace! To charge people to play here was criminal.Nothing wrong with the layout but most fairways had little or no grass on them.Greens also were in poor condition. My advice is check the condition before you play and take a buggy!
