Re-visited the course this year following our 2005 experiance. Totally agree with all of Richards comments below.
I don't think I have ever played a course with so many 2 or 3 tier greens which, by the way, are fast and true.
The 18th is still yet to be completed but, looking at the work completed thus far, could be a 4 tier green.
Would recommend anyone to play this course.

As Canyamel had the cheapest green-fees of the four courses I played on my trip to Mallorca I wasn't expecting the best course. How wrong could I be. Absolutely superb!
The front nine ranks amongst the best I have played and the back nine wasn't too shabby either.
Smooth fast greens, mature trees, well-designed and challenging holes and absolutely stunning secenery combined for a fabulous experience.
Highlights were par 5 fourth with its scary tee-shot and second up the hill; dog-leg par 4 ninth with the farmhouse in the middle of the fairway; the 13th and 15th with the narrow fairways and the 18th looked like a stunning finish (sadly closed whilst the green is re-built but a not bad temporary hole created imbetween the 12th and 13th).
Only criticisms would be the length of the grass on the tees and the 5th was a little too short.
Very pleasant atmosphere to the place and for a drink afterwards the terrace above the 18th (sadly you're on currently only able to watch Spanish workers building the green rather than golfers spraying the pin) surely can't be beaten?
