West Resort Course (TPC Stadium) Player Reports
Edward Rogers (England) 02/04/04
Yes indeedy! Anothony is spot on. A fierce test of one's game from start to finish. After a relatively gentle opening hole the course developes into a monster. It tests every facet of your game and is sure to weed out any faults you have either technically or mentally. To score well around the stadium course at PGA West you need length, accuracy, control, a delicate short game but most of all nerves of steel.
Anthony Smith (England) 25/03/04
This was formerly rated as the toughest golf course in the world and i'll tell you why. Off the black tees it is near impossible. 250 yard par 3s all over water, island greens, 16 foot deep bunkers, lightning greens, and water seemingly everywhere. Boy oh boy this is quite an experience - if you can play within 10 shots of your handicap you will have done very well.
