Quirky - particulalrly with the criss crossing of a number of fairways. Played this on my own last week. Easy to get a bit lost between green and tee - strokesaver an absolute must.
That said the greens are great and for £22 this is well worth a knock.

My father in law and I played this course in mid-March, when it was very wet, but the course stood up very well. The criss-crossing at 4 7 % and later at 15 & 16 could have been slightly better signposted, but the course was a good challenge and very fair. Recommended, and the clubhouse was welcoming, where they explained the bizarre notes on the out of bounds at 18, which on first reading includes the green.

A proper golf club - not a recent farm conversion & not run privately for profit (to my knowledge). Well kept greens and fairways. Not ultra-long and quite forgiving, even in torrential rain! Recommended.

I played this course in a junior open tournament and the course was in good condition. The greens were well maintained and the fairways were good to play off. The practice facilities were good and the food was also a good ting about the club
