Location/Description:

St. Andrews Major Golf Club has been established since 1993 and has acquired an excellent reputation of being both a friendly and accommodating golf club. The club provides excellent golfing facilities for members and non-members alike, with a friendly, social atmosphere.

St Andrews Major Golf club is a beautifully crafted and relatively flat parkland golf course. One of the outstanding features of the course is the excellent quality of the greens that hold up to play all year round. The greens are designed to US specifications with a composition of 70% sand and 30% soil which aids excellent drainage and ensures the greens stay firm. This ensures that we do not have to play off temporary greens.

The course is set in picturesque parkland in the Vale of Glamorgan. It also benefits from the natural features of numerous old oak trees and low undulating land that lends itself to an enjoyable round of golf rather than a physically exhausting round.

There are a number of Pay and Play Green Fee deals available throughout the year.

These prices are current from March 1st 2008 and can be subject to change without notice.

There are no joining fees and memberships run for 12 months. Direct Debit is available.

Catering:

We full time catering that means food is available 7 days a week.

You can have anything from pies and pasties to main bar meals. We also run a successful Carvery style sunday lunch with 2 courses costing £7.95 and 3 courses costing £8.95.

Above all though we specialise in functions. We can cater for any occasion and specialise in weddings and birthday celebrations. We can also cater for funerals and have facilities for conferences and meetings. Just call 01446 722227 for further details

Visitors are welcome everday and all year round.
