Played this course in heavy rain and enjoyed the round considering many other golf courses in area were closed due to waterlogging. A course that doesnt punish a bit of a slice too much, so good for us beginners. Shame that these type of courses use tatty old flags and shaky winter tees, etc. For the sake of a few quid the golfing experience would be much improved. By the way i paid 9 pounds for a round and they said membership is 49 pounds, so the prices on this site are out of date. Will play this one again though.

Been playing the course regularly since starting to play in Jan 06. Excellent place to start playing, relaxed dress code etc and decent value for money. Course is relatively easy going on the legs with a only a few climbs. Greens are OK without being outstanding, winter tees in need of some repair, grass tees are pretty good in general.
